• Documents for VISA application will not be issued unless global tuition fees are paid in full

PLEASE NOTE
Upon receipt of your application form and payment, the Admission Office will immediately send you:

• Course confirmation
• If you have paid the deposit you will be notified on the balance to be paid.
  The course must be paid in full at least 2 weeks before the beginning of your course.
• If you have booked an accommodation through Linguaviva for a programme in Florence or Milan 2-3 weeks before course starting date you will receive an accommodation confirmation with a description of the room or apartment reserved for you.
• If you have required a transfer service the school will confirm it upon receipt of complete transfer details.
• If you wish to have the original certificates of enrolment for student VISA sent to you by express courier DHL, please contact the admission office. They will give you information on costs of express courier which varies according to country of delivery.
