Italian language and cookery course in Florence – 28 lessons per week
WHO IS THE COURSE FOR?
Our Italian language and cookery course is designed for those wishing to combine learning the Italian language with discovering the secrets of traditional cuisine during their study trip to Italy. The programme, available at our Florence school, consists of our standard Linguaviva Italian course and eight hours of culinary training per week.
OBJECTIVES
Our Italian language and cooking course aims to develop language and cooking skills in a stimulating environment. You will have the opportunity to discover rich Italian culinary traditions and their secrets. During your course, you will also learn how to make recipes at a friendly and professional cookery school.
CONTENT
Italian lessons take place on Monday to Friday mornings at our Linguaviva school in Florence. Cooking classes take place in the afternoon at the School of Culinary Arts. The programme will offer an overview of traditional cuisine from various Italian regions, with a special focus on Tuscan cuisine. The programme does not require experience in gastronomy or cooking.
